A group of police officers took a rather unusual approach to capturing a suspect by jumping off a London bus en masse to chase a man as he made off on foot.
Bizarre CCTV footage from outside a convenience store shows a dozen officers in riot gear jumping off the bus shortly after a man runs past.

Several officers also joined in the chase after climbing out of a white van that arrived at the same time as the bus.
The strange 25-second clip was posted to the Instagram page thestreetblogsuk with the caption: ‘The feds was not playing around #StopTheViolence.’
It is unclear where the clip was filmed in London.
Transport for London told the Mirror that they could not identify if the bus in the clip was from their fleet.
The Metropolitan Police have been contacted for comment.
