But TV favourite Denise Van Outen, 43, came a cropper when she attempted to perform the splits live on air on Friday, live on Loose Women.
During the show, the panel were joined by Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner, 46, who attempted to help Denise get to the floor in one piece – but failed.

The blonde actress – who rocked a bright blue jumper adorned with ‘Bonjour’ stitching – last performed the dicey move during her Strictly run six years ago, but was keen to show the audience what she was capable of.
Hiking up her pastel pink trousers, the veteran host whipped off her shoes on the studio floor as she prepared herself in the pose, while warning the audience: ‘I don’t want to do myself an injury’.
Despite the helping hands from dancing pro Jason, Denise couldn’t quite make it to the floor, ending up looking rather pained as the floor got closer.

Out of the current contestants, Jason named Love Island winner Kem Cetinay, X-Factor’s Jake Quickenden, actress Donna Air and athlete Perri Shakes-Drayton as the competition front-runners, but did admit that from the outset, some celebrities were better than others.
He continued: ‘It’s a shame for some of the celebrities, because you can only do what you can with the content.
‘If you don’t step up the choreography then they are just going to disappear.’
