Lorraine Kelly is going to be grandmother.
The TV presenter’s only daughter, Rosie Smith, 29, announced her first pregnancy on Friday as she posted a sweet post to Instagram.
Revealing she could not be more excited about her new arrival, the podcaster shared a selfie of her posing with her blossoming bump in the mirror.
Beaming from cheek to cheek, Rosie cradled her growing tummy as she shared that she was 12 weeks into her pregnancy.
She captioned her post: ‘We could not be more excited – you’re already so loved little one.’

Lorraine and her husband, Steve Smith, welcomed their only daughter in 1994.
Rosie’s other half, Steve White, are proud dog parents to their adorable pooch Ruby – a mini wire-haired Dachshund.
Speaking about having a famous mother who appears on British TV weekly, the doting mother – whose podcast is called What If? – previously admitted that Lorraine wasn’t the reason she ventured into broadcasting herself.

Rosie, who studied journalism at Edinburgh Napier University, told The Tab: ‘I don’t really see my mum as an inspiration. I mean, she’s not the reason why I’m studying journalism.
‘My dad is a cameraman, that’s how my parents met actually, whilst my uncle is in advertising and granddad worked in the television industry too. So I guess it’s in the family.
‘I had no idea what I wanted to do at uni, but my family knew a lot about journalism and the media. I also see it as fun rather than work which is important.’
‘I’ve still not decided exactly what I want to do,’ she added back in 2015.
