Elma Pazar is dreaming of finding a new man in the Love Island: All Stars villa but he needs to have one vital attribute – a dad bod.
The lash technician, 31, is making her return to the ITV2 show as part of this year’s All Stars series after competing in the 2019 instalment alongside Maura Higgins.
She only lasted a week in the villa during her first outing and had better luck with men after joining ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex, when she dated James ‘Diags’ Bennewith.
However, five years on from her Love Island debut, she believes being more mature and older will help her bid to finally bag Mr. Right – and she knows exactly her type on paper.
Speaking to MailOnline, she said: ‘I like a dad bod, someone’s who’s tall, light on the eyes, I couldn’t tell you any former Islanders because there’s no one off the cuff that fits this description – light eyes, really tall, ideally over 6ft2 but I’ll take 6ft and a dad bod, that’s my ideal and someone who’s really funny.
‘I laugh at everything; it doesn’t take a lot, but I want someone who shares the same sense of humour as me and be able to have a joke and not take it all too seriously.

‘That’s just my type, you can’t change it, it’s like saying why do you like orange juice? It’s because it tastes nice.’
Elma admits she’s ‘consistently inconsistent’ with her relationships and has experienced commitment issues in the past, which ‘Diags’ knows all too well from their ill-fated romance.
She explained: ‘With me and James I think it made me a bit more self-aware of how at that time especially with James, unfortunately for him, I had some sort of commitment issue at that time of my life.
‘It was two years ago but I thought I wanted that with James but I actually didn’t. So much happens in such a short period of time that I couldn’t tell you I was the same person a week ago, let alone a year ago or five years ago when I did the show for the first time.’
However, now she feels ready for a longterm relationship and is determined to find one in the villa, this time in Cape Town, South Africa.
Elma said: ‘I do feel ready for a committed relationship… I want a fella. I want to be with someone.
‘To do Love Island again the second time round, especially five years later now I’m so much older, to go in there with no actual real want to meet someone is very stupid and embarrassing.

Since finding fame on Love Island in 2019, Elma joined the cast of TOWIE and says she hopes her cast mates including Chloe Green and Courtney Meadows support her villa return
‘I know I want to go in there and meet someone. I am very open. My motto is if I always do what I’ve always done I’ll always get what I’ve always got and that’s been my little motto for this experience and since the New Year.
‘I have a habit of going back to the same people and things that are familiar because I am a creature of habit, and I feel like that’s what I do. I feel like I will never get anywhere and never move on or meet anyone, so I am trying to go with a different approach this time. I am going to be completely myself and not so closed off, I guess.’
She added: ‘I’ve got to the age where I don’t just want to date for the sake of dating and that’s what’s different to when I did it before, I was dating before and having fun, and I didn’t think I would end up wanting to marry someone.
‘Now, I’m at that stage where I’m actually like if I date it’s because I want to be with someone for a long time rather than dating and getting rid. Age isn’t a thing as such, but you don’t know until you meet someone.’
Like her dream man, Elma hasn’t been spending hours in the gym ahead of her Love Island comeback.
Indeed, she jokes her only preparation has been ‘eating Christmas pudding.’
She may struggle during the show’s famous Heart Rate Challenge, where the girls dress in sexy lingerie for the male Islanders, whose heart rates are measured to see which female contestant gets their pulses racing the most.
Speaking about taking part in the task, Elma added: ‘I’m not a sexy person so that’s going to be a barrel of laughs for everyone else but me. I’m going to take it all with a pinch of salt.’
- Love Island: All Stars returns Monday 13th January at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
