They found love on Love Island Australia five weeks ago.
But there’s already trouble in paradise for Tayla Damir and Grant Crapp, who contemplated breaking up after leaving the Spanish Villa earlier this month.
Speaking to Kyle and Jackie O on Monday, Perth model Tayla, 21, said she was heartbroken after discovering that 22-year-old Grant did in fact have a secret girlfriend while he was on the show and that ultimately he broke her trust.

‘[Dumping him] went though my mind, for sure, obviously finding that out was a big shock to the system and I was like ‘well do you really love me?’ she said.
‘We are trying to work through this, it’s obviously put a massive strain on our relationship. We’re trying to rebuild the trust.
She added that she reached out to Grant’s secret girlfriend saying, ‘I found out this information and I was like ‘ok, I actually feel sorry for this girl’ and I thought I should reach out to her. She didn’t want to talk to me, I totally understand that.’
Grant sheepishly added that he did in fact have a secret girlfriend before going on Love Island but insists she knew he was going on the show.

‘She was well aware of what was happening – I haven’t spoken to her… we [spoke] briefly at the airport because Tayla wanted to speak to her,’ he said. ‘Her and Tayla don’t deserve this.’

Last week, Tayla and Grant denied having sex on TV despite a condom wrapper being spotted on their bedroom floor and Grant boasting about their romp the morning after.
‘No, we put it on hold. Everyone was pretty convinced – I know!’ Tayla said laughing off the appearance of a condom wrapper and dirty tissues on screen.
