Love Island Australia’s Vanessa Sierra’s $27,000 transformation

Never-before-seen photos of Love Island Australia star Vanessa Sierra reveal how she has dramatically transformed her appearance prior to the show.

In pictures obtained exclusively by Daily Mail Australia on Saturday, the 24-year-old shows off the results of her $15,000 rhinoplasty surgery.

The brunette, who admits to having a fascination with altering her appearance since age 13, has also undergone a breast enhancement, Botox and fillers.  

A montage image taken in 2015 sees Vanessa without makeup and her hair tied up into a high ponytail.  

Four side-on images, captured from different angles, draw attention to the reality star’s pre-surgery nose.

Vanessa said that she ‘grew up with a big hump on her nose’ and that it ‘looked huge in photos’.

Despite being happy with the results, the businesswoman headed back under the knife in 2018 to refine the tip of her nose. 

A second montage image from 2018, sees the bridge of Vanessa’s nose remarkably slimmer.  

The star has also undergone a breast enhancement, increasing her cup size from a 10C to a 10D, setting her back another $10,000.

Vanessa added that she once posted a ‘pretty photo’ of herself to Facebook, with trolls calling her ‘Penis face’.

The influencer was paired with Matthew Zukowski on the current season of Love Island Australia, but was booted off on Monday night’s episode.

Vanessa has made no desire of romancing Matthew on the outside, instead focussing her attention on giving love a chance with eliminated contestant Sam Withers.
