And Love Island fans have predicted that Hannah Elizabeth and Jon Clark will rekindle their one time whirlwind romance, after reuniting during the first episode of Love Island: What Happened Next on Tuesday night.

Viewers claimed that there was ‘chemistry’ and ‘unfinished business’ between glamour model Hannah, 30, and former TOWIE star Jon, 31, as he admitted that he was feeling uncharacteristically nervous to see his former flame.

It’s no surprise that Jon was feeling apprehensive ahead of their meeting, as Hannah confessed she had previously blocked Jon on Instagram for four years following their bitter split nine months after leaving the villa.

He said: ‘I’m sweating! I’m never normally nervous. I was nervous because I didn’t know how they’d be with me. Seeing her today she looks amazing!’ 

Meanwhile, Hannah admitted she had made an effort for the occasion and said: ‘You know what it’s like when you think you’re going to see your ex. I thought I’ll definitely doll myself up!’

Jon, who was joined by series one winners Jessica Hayes and Max Morley, both 27, and Lauren Richardson, 31, on the reunion show, said it was a ‘breath of fresh air’ to see his ex-girlfriend again.

He said: ‘I’ve been blocked for four years on Instagram. It’s been a breath of fresh air seeing her today. I’m now unblocked!’

‘I was in love with the girl, it didn’t work out. It broke down and a lot was going on.’

While Hannah added: ‘He was cocky and it the end it broke down.’

Sensing the ‘tension’ between the former couple, viewers took to Twitter to admit they could see the duo getting back together in the future.

A fourth simply put: ‘Jon and Hannah please get back together.’

Another person suggested there was still ‘tension’ between Jon and Hannah, however they admitted they didn’t know how it would end between them.

Hannah appeared on the show with her son Reggie, nine months, who she welcomed with her former fiancé George Andreetti earlier this year.

The Love Island original star has been raising her son as a single parent after splitting from George.

Hannah confirmed she called off their engagement when she discovered she was pregnant in order to ‘do what was best’ for her baby.
