Love Island viewers were unimpressed with Jessie Wynter during Friday night’s episode after she burst into tears during an awkward discussion with partner Will Young.
The personal trainer, 26, was seen taking farmer Will, 23, aside to have a discussion with him about him like her more than the other way around.
She told him: ‘You’ve mentioned a couple of times that you like me more than I like you. See, I don’t like that because I feel like you do think that and I I feel like that’s why no one really respects me…
‘And I mentioned that was one of my biggest insecurities, and that comment definitely backs it up.’
Will responded: ‘I do know where you’re coming from. I don’t 100% agree with it.’

Jessie continued: ‘This whole time I’ve felt like that. Not to a dramatic extent and not to let it get in the way of us but if you’d have turned your head, people would never had really cared, they would have just been like, “Oh yeah, Jessie was here for Will, it doesn’t really matter”.
‘I actually feel like I have to try my utmost best to be there and support you all the time.’
Jessie then began to cry, prompting Will to grab her arms and give her a hug.
When asked by Will what she was crying about, she explained: ‘I just feel like everything has just built up.
‘It feels like you definitely think that I’m the one-sided one here. Even you think you definitely don’t like me as much.’
Stuttering, Will tried to explain: ‘What I’m saying is just what other people have said to me. This isn’t how I feel.’
While Jessie appeared to be emotional as she spoke about her feelings, viewers were unsympathetic, with many saying they thought she was putting on an act while questioning whether she actually had real tears.
One person wrote on Twitter: ‘No words for Jessie right now! Crying with no tears, indirecting, storming off. Not a good look honeybuns.’

It comes after Love Island viewers were infuriated during Tuesday’s episode after Jessie Wynter sat Casey O’Gorman down for a difficult discussion.
Recruitment consultant Casey, 26, has been embroiled in a love triangle between his former show partner Claudia Fogarty, 28, and newcomer Rosie Seaford, 23, in recent days.
On Monday, Casey finally decided to stay couple-up with Rosie, leaving Claudia disappointed having been seen in floods of tears in recent episodes over the situation.
After four girls, including Claudia, smashed four cream pies into his face during the Snog, Marry, Pie challenge on Monday, some of the boys also attempted to lift Claudia’s spirits given her downtrodden mood.
And Casey was disappointed when Tom Clare and Will Young, both 23, didn’t come out in support of him.

Making peace: Jessie attempted to make peace with Casey on behalf of the boys after they supported Rosie amid the fall out of love triangle between the couple and his ex Claudia
Jessie, 26, was left miffed on behalf of Will. She told the farmer: ‘It’s a little bit disappointing Casey sees it that way, to be honest. I can understand why he would feel that way but it’s a bit of a stretch.’
Will said: ‘I said, ‘I’m sorry that you feel that way, my intentions were never to hurt you, they were to make sure that Claudia is OK.’
Pulling Casey for a chat later, Jessie asked him: ‘Firstly, are you OK? The boys mentioned that you were a bit annoyed?’
She pointed out that the boys ‘weren’t trying to not stick up for you’, adding that ‘they were just trying to console Claudia’.
‘The boys have apologised to me so it’s fine,’ Casey told her, prompting Jessie to hit back: ‘I’m going to be honest, I don’t think that they needed to apologise.’
Jessie’s attempts to smooth things over appeared to rile Casey up even more.
After Jessie told him her opinion, a visibly irritated Casey replied: ‘Okay, I don’t really care… It just feels like you’ve dragged me over here to have a bit of a go at me when really now is not the time.’
He added: ‘But thank you… for your opinion.’
