Love Island star Anton Danyluk has once again shut down rumours he’s had work done to his face, after shocking fans with his new look after becoming a bodybuilder.
The reality star turned gym owner, 28, has completely overhauled his physique in recent years and looks barely recognisable after his stint on the show back in 2019.
But Anton hit back at an Instagram follower this week who said he’s had some cosmetic tweaks done to his face and possibly Botox.

‘Wtf did you do to your face! Looks like you’ve been stung by 100 bees lol’ one person commented on his post, according to The Mirror.
Another added he had ‘failed Botox’.
But Anton reportedly thanked one fan who supported him and said his changing appearance is down to whether he’s bulking up or slimming down at the gym.

‘He was on a bulk for his show when this video was recorded, look at his more recent photos when he cut. Completely normal,’ they wrote, to which Anton replied: ‘Thank you someone has sense.’
Last year, Anton denied cosmetic surgery rumours and told Fubar Radio: ‘I genuinely haven’t had work done to my face. I’m honest, I will say if I have, I don’t care. If I want to have work done to my face, it’s my face, it’s my body.’
He went on: ‘It’s my life, I can do what I want. If you want to go out and drink every night and that makes you feel good about yourself, go do that. If you want to go to the gym, you go do that, that’s your life.’
Anton revealed he has disabled his Instagram comments.

‘But they’re either going to believe it or not going to believe it, I can’t change their opinion on that and that is ultimately what they think. So why waste the energy?’
On dealing with hate, he said: ‘All I do now is simply delete the comment and block the person. Remove it, it’s that simple, it’s gone, forget about it. That person does not impact my life.’
He reflected on earlier life, saying: ‘I’ve been bullied as a kid. I was a fat kid at school. I got it all the time, so I’m thick skinned now. It would take something drastic to bother me…

The Love Island star, 28, has overhauled his diet and exercise regime in recent months in order to achieve his dream of competing professionally.
At the time, he revealed he came third in the competition, but added that he’s decided not to progress to the next round.
