Molly has recently been throwing herself into her fitness as she trains for a half marathon.
Taking her mind off her split by challenging herself with something new, the star also competed in a Hyrox competition over the weekend.
Founded in 2017, Hyrox is a global fitness race which combines functional strength training with HIIT and endurance training.
Competing with her friends, Molly had a great day as she finished top 10 on the day out of 55 on her first ever race.
Molly recently started up a separate Instagram account dedicated to her fitness called Move With Mol, with a highlight dedicated to her half marathon training.
The star also revealed she has completed a Personal Training course and now feels she is educated enough to provide her followers with advice.
Molly and Callum called it quits on their relationship in September after meeting on the winter series of Love Island in 2020.

The duo met when Molly entered the villa as a Casa Amor bombshell and are said to be determined to remain friends despite the break-up, while Callum has left their Manchester home and split custody of their dogs.
Insiders told The Sun: ‘It’s really sad as they were a sweet couple together but it’s over – and has been for a few weeks…
‘They’re trying to stay friends – they were together for over three years – but it’s difficult. I think in the end, Molly wanted to get engaged and that didn’t happen.
‘Everyone was really surprised when they split because they were perfectly matched. He’s now moved out of the home they shared and they’ve split custody of their two dogs.’
