The Love Island star, 29, boosted her toned curves in the figure-hugging white number with long sleeves.
The gorgeous bodycon garment displayed a map pattern of Costa Smeralda – a luxurious location in the Italian’s island Sardinia, known for welcoming the most famous face in the world during Summer.
Olivia toted her look with a turquoise small handbag, and added herself a few extra inches in a pair of sparkling gold stiletto.
The reality star donned dainty jewellery including drop pearl earrings and a matching necklace.

The internet personality – who rose to fame on Love Island’s second series in 2016 – tied her hair in a half-do and rocked a glamorous make-up look with bronze tones and glossy lips.
Olivia beamed with glee as she posed alongside her husband Alex, 32, – as the lovebirds looked more loved up than ever.
The couple found love on the ITV runaway show, got engaged one year later and tied the knot in 2018 in Essex.
In June of last year, Olivia and her beloved husband welcomed their first son Abel.
The couple seems to be going stronger than ever, as they recently moved into temporary accommodation as they start to build their dream home.
The long-time Love Island lovebirds revealed they had moved out of their £1.5million Essex mansion at the start of this month, three years after they bought it in February 2020.
The couple is building a new mega home from scratch and has moved into a ‘beautiful farmhouse’ for six months as works take place.
But their new abode is incredibly different to the palatial scenes of their mansion which features sweeping rooms characterised by cream carpets and marbled surfaces.

Olivia revealed that she and Alex have moved into a cosy cottage complete with timbered ceilings in the middle of the countryside – with the star admitting she feels like she is living in ‘The Holiday’.
Olivia and Alex have revealed they have started building the ‘Bowen Home 2.0’ but have so far kept details closely under wraps, only saying it is a ‘new adventure’.
It is not yet clear where their new house is or how much it will cost to build.
