Shaughna Phillips shared a shocking selfie to Instagram on Saturday and admittred she was ‘really going through it’ after getting Russian lip filler.
The former Love Island star, 30, took to social media to show off the bad swelling that she endured following the cosmetic procedure.
In a video posted to her Instagram Story, she explained: ‘It’s only right I show you how bad they were.
‘Full disclosure, this wasn’t a surprise, this wasn’t how I had them done or anything like that. This was literally the Russian method which makes you swell, but I swelled.
‘In the following picture, the TV star was propped up in her bed and her lips looked red and angry.

The Russian method involves placing droplets of filler, injected vertically into the lip, compared to lines of filler underneath the border.
It is thought that the method is good for building volume and height, and will create a pout look after the swelling has gone down.
The blonde beauty previously had all her lip filled dissolved because she wanted to change the way she looked.
She said: ‘I was so hesitant about having my lips dissolved because I honestly don’t remember what I even look like without them!
‘But there’s more to life than what size your bloody lips are I’ll be back in 2 weeks time and will start from scratch, this time I’ll be doing a little here and there so I can really get the shape, I cannot wait.’

Shaugha has previously opened up about all the other cosmetic surgery she has done, including the liposuction she underwent to combat a condition that left her with ‘abnormal fat build-up’ in her legs.
She told The Sun: ‘To be fair, all the liposuction that I’ve had has all been medically needed, but maybe £25,000
‘I had the liposuction on my thighs and on my calves, and I had my boobs done years ago. It is a lot of money, but this was just after Love Island so I think I almost felt like I had to have it done.
‘I felt everyone was looking at me, but if I had have known how painful it was, I may not have done it.’
