Love Island Australia’s Tayla Damir has taken a public swipe at her ex-boyfriend Grant Crapp, three years after their controversial split.
Speaking to the Shameless podcast on Monday, the 23-year-old said she felt more embarrassed than heartbroken when she discovered Grant, 25, had a ‘secret girlfriend’ just days after winning Love Island as a couple.
‘In the nicest way possible, that wasn’t heartbreak to me, that was more embarrassment,’ the model and WAG said, adding: ‘That was more, “Okay, this situation sucks and I fell for this.”‘

Tayla insisted she never truly believed her romance with Grant would last.
‘It was six weeks [on Love Island]! It was not, “This is the person that I’m going to marry,”‘ she shrugged.
‘Yes, it felt like that being trapped in a little bubble at the time, but then coming out and realising that I felt so much more heartbreak over past relationships, I looked at this as, “You know what? You’re nothing, get away from me,”‘ she added.
