The Real Housewives Of New York star Luann de Lesseps has officially been charged with a felony and two misdemeanors for her alleged drunken attack on a police officer in Palm Beach, Florida last month.
TMZ cited documents as it reported on Wednesday that De Lesseps had been slapped with three charges, including a felony count of resisting an officer with violence.
De Lesseps, 52, was also charged with two misdemeanors, one for trespassing and another for disorderly intoxication.

The reality star faces up to five years in prison for the felony count of resisting an officer with violence, according to TMZ.
De Lesseps was originally facing four felony charges and one misdemeanor: battery on a law enforcement officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting an officer with violence and two counts of corruption by threat.
The reality star entered rehab following her arrest, though she has since returned home.
De Lesseps was arrested at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach after entering a room that was not assigned to her and refusing to leave.

That is when 911 was called by the staff.
Things got violent when she ‘shoved’ a police officer and ‘slammed’ the bathroom door on his forehead.
It was also claimed that she threatened to ‘kill’ the officer.
After the arrest she said in a statement: ‘This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions. I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018.’
Luann and her now ex-husband Tom D’Agostino married in Palm Beach on New Year’s Eve in 2016.
A source told People ‘memories from that day came flooding back, she was emotional and her behavior was out of character.’
