M1 semi-trailor crash sees two road workers injured

Two road workers are seriously injured after a semi-trailer crashed into a worksite on the M1 at New South Wales’ Central Coast

  • Emergency services were called to motorway’s southbound at Kangy Angy
  • Both men suffered serious injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment
  • One is in a serious condition, while the other is described as stable
  • The semi-trailer caught fire but the driver was able to escape uninjured 

Two road workers have been injured after a semi-trailer crashed though road works and hit another two vehicles on the M1. 

Emergency services were called to the motorway’s southbound at Kangy Angy, on the New South Wales’ Central Coast on Tuesday about 3.45am.  

Both men suffered serious injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment.
