Machine Gun Kelly offered a gross defence for statutory rape in reference to then 17-year-old Kendall Jenner ‘because she’s famous’ in an unearthed clip.
The video from 2013 shows MGK, now 31, revealing his celebrity crush was Kendall, as he dismisses any claims that he would have to wait until she was 18 to pursue her.
Making a vile justification for his crush, Machine said: ‘I’m not waiting until she’s 18, I’ll go now. I’m 23 dog. I’m not a creepy age. I’m 23, she’s 17, and like a celebrity. There’s no limits right there.’
Under fire: Machine Gun Kelly offered a gross defence for statutory rape in reference to then 17-year-old Kendall Jenner ‘because she’s famous’ in an unearthed clip
The resurfaced video comes just as another old clip shows him making offensive sexual comment about black women after being asked if black or white women were better at giving oral sex.
In the newly resurfaced video, MGK is asked: ‘Who was your first celebrity crush?
He replies: ‘I don’t care who my first was, because right now it’s Kendall Jenner. I’ve said that so many mother f**king times, snagging that. [a common term for hooking up in the U.S.] Don’t let me move to Los Angeles, oof, I’m finding her.’
The interviewer then says: ‘Are you counting down until she’s 18?’ The legal age of consent for sex in Los Angeles, California, where Kendall grew up is 18.

MGK tries to defend his point by explaining that previously famous rock stars have dated underage girls – while citing examples as a gross justification.
‘Robert Plant, who was one of the greatest lead singers ever, Led Zeplin, dated a girl who was 14, Axel Rose, one of the biggest bad asses ever dated a girl who was 16, he says.
He adds ‘He wrote a song on his first album about the girl who was 16. Say what you want, if Kendall Jenner is in your bedroom naked and you’re 50 – you’re going.’

Machine is now dating Megan Fox, 35, and the couple spend a lot of time with Kendall’s sister Kourtney Kardashian and her fiancé Travis Barker.
The video was reshared by Canadian singer Alice Glass, who wrote alongside the clip: ‘In this clip mgk blurts out a justification for statutory rape that amounts to ‘its ok because other famous men do it.
‘Seems like he’s spent a lot of time thinking about this. quickly rattling off a list of examples that encourage predatory behavior towards underage girls.’
MailOnline have contacted MGK’s representatives for comment.
The former frontwoman of the electronic band Crystal Castles, also shared a clip of the rapper making the comments at the 2012 BET Awards red carpet, saying it is ‘disrespectful and fetishizes’ black women.
She wrote in the caption: ‘I’m sorry I have to give a trigger warning for this one. This video of mgk is disturbing.’

In the video, MGK states that ‘black girls give the best h***’ before calling a woman off camera a ‘b****’ after she walks away due to his comments.
He says in full: ‘This is that it is, ya’ll give the best ‘h**d or you say you don’t give h**d. But white girls they just give h**d. You just need to show your skills because black girls give the best h**d.’
He then gets annoyed that a woman stood behind the interviewer walks away from him as he is speaking and says: ‘B***h you walk away then, you dirty pig b***h, eugh, with her fake a** Louis Vuitton purse! I’ll go in on this b***h’.
Oh dear: Canadian singer and former frontwoman of the electronic band Crystal Castles Alice Glass shared a clip of the rapper, 31, making the comments at the 2012 BET Awards red carpet (MGK pictured last month)
Reaction: After sharing the clip, Glass wrote: ‘As a white man, would you ever talk like this? fetishizing black women and in such a disrespectful way!?’

‘Apologize for this @machinegunkelly this was beyond disgusting.’
Glass added: ‘But all this isn’t just about one artist. there is a bigger picture here. this is about how men who act like this are still given power and opportunities in an industry that willfully perpetuates sexist, racist and abusive behavior. it needs to change.’
