Madeleine West and Shannon Bennett list their stunning $5 million mansion for sale

Last year, it was reported Madeleine West and Shannon Bennett were selling their $7.7million Melbourne mansion to upgrade to a $16million property.

And now the couple have listed another mansion for sale – but this time it’s their stunning $5million home near Victoria’s Great Ocean Road.

According to Domain, the coastal retreat is located in Big Hill and was architecturally designed to look like outlaw Ned Kelly’s helmet.

Domain reported that the property is solar- and Tesla-powered, and is designed in the shape of the letter ‘H’.

Furthermore, the swimming pool has its own cinema and the property includes an impressive wine cellar.

In the past, the property has been rented out to guests for $5,000 a night.

Nine Honey reported that Shannon and Madeleine’s pad has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, a study and an outdoor kitchen.

Its price range is between $4.5million and $5 million.

Last year, Madeleine and Shannon listed their Melbourne mansion for sale for a whopping $7.7 million, in order to upgrade to a $16million pad. 

The pair, who share six children, were said to have ‘outgrown’ the property – which is a Victorian mansion featuring a contemporary extension, News.com.au reported.

‘We’ve outgrown it,’ Shannon said of the five-bedroom, four-bathroom house in South Yarra.

‘It’s a great place,’ he added, confirming the family were relocating to Toorak.

The Herald Sun claims the pair paid $16 million for the Toorak pad, which was owned by publican Mazen Tabet. 

Madeleine stars in The Wrong Girl, while Shannon is the head chef of swanky restaurant Vue de monde.
