MAFS: Cameron breaks his silence on Lyndall’s post-show fling with Josh

Married At First Sight’s Cameron Woods has broken his silence on his ex-wife Lyndall Grace’s post-show fling with Josh White.

Lyndall and Josh kissed on December 17 – the day after filming the show’s reunion – when several MAFS participants went for a night out at the swanky Sydney venue.

Cam told KIIS FM’s The Kyle and Jackie O show on Tuesday, Josh, 40, contacted him after things ended between him and Lyndall, 27.

‘I received a phone call from Josh after all that went down and he wasn’t in a really good place,’ he revealed.

‘[Josh] flew to Perth to visit [Lyndall] to find out she had a partner back in Sydney.’

It comes after Daily Mail Australia revealed the pair are ‘no longer on speaking terms’.

Josh is said to have ended things after discovering Lyndall had a ‘secret boyfriend’ she hadn’t told him about.

He learned about her other relationship after flying out from Sydney to spend the Australia Day weekend with her in late January.

Their brief romance and subsequent break-up was described to Daily Mail Australia by one cast member as ‘messy AF’ from the start.

The pair reportedly couldn’t keep their hands off each other when they first hooked up at a post-finale party at the Ivy in Sydney in December.

Their behaviour apparently left their fellow cast members ‘shocked’.

‘Lyndall and Josh were all over each other in front of everyone, and it was really uncomfortable to watch,’ a MAFS participant said.

‘They were so caught up in the moment they didn’t even care who was watching.’

Their late-night pash became more serious when Josh decided to take things to the next level by flying to Perth to meet Lyndall for a secret rendezvous.

Josh, a Sydney-based advertising director who was paired with sex-obsessed hairdresser Melissa Sheppard on MAFS, planned a romantic weekend with accountant Lyndall from January 26 to 29.

The pair thought they had covered their tracks, but one of Lyndall’s close friends eventually worked out what was going on.

This friend reached out to Josh and asked him why he’d travelled across the country to be with her knowing she was ‘in a long-term relationship’ with another man.

This was news to Josh, who had no idea Lyndall was dating somebody else.

‘Josh was heartbroken as he was under the impression Lyndall was single. She completely led him on,’ said a source.

‘He was on the first flight back to Sydney and not f**king happy one bit. They spoke for hours every day leading up to this holiday and she didn’t mention it once.’

The insider added that when the other MAFS cast members found out what went down in Perth, they were all ‘really, really angry’.

‘It has caused a lot of tension and drama within the group, and Lyndall and Josh are no longer on speaking terms. It’s a complete mess,’ they said.

‘Lyndall wanted to keep the whole thing on the down-low – which is funny because she actually told some of the cast about it all on a night out in Perth.’
