Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth Sobinoff finally confronted Ines Basic over her affair with her ‘husband’ Sam Ball in an explosive showdown on Tuesday.
The seething jewellery store manager, 27, stormed over to Ines, 28, screeching, ‘Did you hook up with him?’ after Cyrelle Jimenez Paule informed her of the rumours during a girls’ night out.
A shell-shocked Ines insisted she hadn’t done anything with Sam, 26, despite staying in bed with him the night before – and proceeded to call Elizabeth ‘foul’, ‘pathetic’ and a ‘full-blown cockatoo’ in a furious war of words.

Dodging Elizabeth’s questions, Ines said stubbornly: ‘I think this is absolutely your problem.’
An enraged Elizabeth turned to face the rest of the girls and demanded: ‘What has everyone heard? Speak up! Speak up!’
Feigning indifference, Ines drawled: ‘Don’t you think your drama is so not unnecessary? We all came here to have a good time. You’re like a walking problem.’
Elizabeth – who was leaning over Ines’ chair – responded, stunned: ‘Those are some big words, aren’t they?’

She later said to the camera: ‘When she stood there like a full blown cockatoo with her claws out, it was so foul.’
Ines then became embroiled in a showdown with Cyrelle, telling her to stop pointing her fingers at her after she jumped in to defend Elizabeth.
‘I don’t give a f**k, I’m a rude b***h,’ Cyrelle yelled at her, before the group decided to leave the rumours and believe that Ines and Sam hadn’t done anything.
Elizabeth wasn’t mollified though, and muttered: ‘I don’t care enough about Sam to even care. If you want him, you can have him.’

Elizabeth initially kicked off at Ines after the legal assistant appeared to downplay their former co-star Matthew Bennett’s issues with ‘social anxiety’.
Ines smirked and said: ‘Social anxiety? So? Have a drink!’
Elizabeth blew up, shouting at Ines: ‘That’s low! That’s extremely low!’ to which Ines replied: ‘Get your finger out of my face!’
Elizabeth fired back: ‘That’s mental illness don’t touch on that,’ to which Ines responded: ‘I’ve had PTSD all my life.’

‘So then you should be more understanding! Babe use your bloody brain. That’s just messed up,’ Elizabeth shrieked.
Earlier in the episode, Elizabeth angered Ines after claiming she ‘hooked up’ with Sam, and described in graphic detail the tradie putting his thumb in her mouth.
‘It’s true we hooked up but it was definitely reciprocated,’ she told the girls. ‘He was sticking his thumb in my mouth.’
Ines looked furious and spat out: ‘Your relationship will never work out you come here you disrespect him.’

Despite seeing him earlier that day, she added: ‘I don’t know if he does the same because I don’t really speak to him. The things you say they’re low blows you know.’
Cyrelle chimed in: ‘What about the s**t you said to Bronson?’
Ines fired back: ‘I already took responsibility for that and I haven’t disrespected him since. You guys [Elizabeth and Sam] shout like all time!’
Jules then yelled: ‘You’ve got a lot to say about Elisabeth and Sam. Do you fancy Sam.’
Ines hesitated and stuttered: ‘No! It’s just nonsense! It’s like why is everyone asking me?’ before conceding: ‘Sams an attractive guy – pretty sure we all know that.’
Disrespectful: Meanwhile, during the boys’ night away, Sam discussed Elizabeth’s claims that he put his thumb in her mouth – but claimed she was the one who initiated it

While the ladies fought during their dinner party, the men had a booze-filled night away full of crude sexual chat that was slammed by viewers.
Sam discussed Elizabeth’s claims that he put his thumb in her mouth – but claimed she was the one who initiated it.
‘Elizabeth, she’s making moves. She’s just jumping on me, you know? It’s like piranhas attacking my face. It’s just gone … Like she’s just kissing me,’ he recounted.
‘I’m not into it, so I reach the hand up, the right hand. I sort of go to push her away, because I’m like look, we can’t do this. I’m not feeling it, you know? So she grabs the hand,’ he went on as he put his fingers in his mouth.
Oh dear: Elsewhere, the boys encouraged Dino Hira to ‘slam’ his wife Melissa Lucarelli and give her the ‘Dino the Latino’

The rest of the boys laughed at the tale, but former stripper Bronson Norrish was unimpressed and later told producers: ‘That sort of stuff I just wouldn’t have brought up. Boys are boys. They will talk boy talk, but there is that certain line where, you know, some things you don’t have to mention.’
Later, the conversation turned to Dino Hira and whether or not he’d had sex with ‘wife’ Melissa Lucarelli.
A handful of the men started chanting: ‘Slam her! Slam her! Slam her!’ while pressuring Dino, 35, to seal the deal with Melissa.
Unnecesary: Mike Gunner yelled: ‘You need to make it happen. This is a girl who has not had love made to her in 10 years, that’s a long time, that’s a really long time’

Dino didn’t agree, saying: ‘Am I wrong in not slamming her and just taking my time?’ before insisting he wanted to keep taking ‘baby steps.’
