The Married At First Sight star, 27, was pictured outside the hospital looking rather worse for wear just three hours after she checked in.
Jessika refused to clarify what she’s ‘had done’, but her manager Max Markson hinted that it was a complex and intimate procedure.

Jessika looked dazed and confused after coming out of surgery, concealing her puffy face behind a pair of oversized sunglasses.
The reality TV ‘villain’ dressed casually in a white hoodie and grey tracksuit pants, and styled her blonde hair into a scruffy ponytail.
At one stage, she placed her hand over her chest area in a possible hint that she may have undergone a breast augmentation.

She clutched what appeared to be X-rays and a leaflet for the Double Bay Day Hospital, where she had just checked out of.
After going under the knife, Jessika shared a video to Instagram in which she hinted at the nature of her procedure.
She said: ‘I just got home from surgery. As you can see, I look a little worse for wear. But I’m happy with the results that I’ve had done. It was cosmetic surgery so I’m okay.

‘I can’t share with you just yet what I’ve had done. Dr Rastogi and I are putting together a little video for you all so you can see the whole process and see what was done, but I’m really excited!’
Jessika continued: ‘I am so happy with the results and I’m so excited to share this procedure that I had done with you all, because it’s not common and people who I have told said, ”What? I didn’t know you could actually do that!”‘

Jessika’s publicist Max Markson did reveal, however, that his client had undergone two separate procedures over the course of three hours.
‘Jessika had it done to feel more confident with certain body parts,’ he said.
Markson also steadfastly denied rumours his client was seeing a consultant about possible gender reassignment surgery.

Jessika’s surgeon, Dr Anoop Rastogi, is a respected cosmetic specialist who practices in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
He specialises in breast implants, liposuction, fat transfer, face lifts, ‘mummy makeovers’ and tummy tucks.
