Married At First Sight relationship expert Mel Schilling reveals why people are ‘overdating’
‘I find that sometimes people who are ‘overdating’ are trying to hide from something… it can be a great distraction from everyday life,’ she told 9Honey.
‘So maybe if you notice yourself doing this, take a little time out, reflect, and really think about what it is you want.’
She explained the dating process was the perfect opportunity to get to explore what it is you are looking for in a person.
