She’s the former Married At First Sight star who has famously spent the last decade being completely celibate.
But on Monday, Melissa Lucarelli confirmed her 10-year sex drought was finally over, after enjoying a night of passion with MAFS 2021 groom Jake Edwards in February.
The 39-year-old unveiled the unlikely rendezvous to The Wash, claiming the pair – who were both single at the time – hooked up after a party in Sydney, shortly after Sunday’s explosive reunion episode was filmed.

She told Daily Mail Australia of their hook-up: ‘Not having sex for a decade, then finally breaking that drought with not mine but still a MAFS groom – not sure what else I can say to top that!’
She also responded to The Wash as to whether or not the tumble was ‘everything she’d imagine it would be’.
‘Ummm no, not really. I guess I thought I would play it cool at least. And I was anything but cool guys, as I’m sure you can all imagine,’ she said.
Melissa had spoken out about her decision to be celibate in an interview with 9Honey in 2019, saying: ‘I thought it was going to be eight months max. Obviously I didn’t think it was going to be eight years!’

Meanwhile, Jake was left heartbroken during Sunday’s reunion episode, after learning his bride Rebecca Zemek cheated on him weeks before their final vows.
During the show, Rebecca had flown home to Perth to care for her sick dog, and during that time, asked the ex to take the dog to the vet with her.
As she filmed an update on the pup’s condition, a man then walked in the room, and the camera fell to the bed.

The pair exchanged a passionate kiss, with Rebecca claiming the man was her brother before confessing it was in fact a man she was seeing – she still had feelings for him, and had even stayed in contact with the mystery man.
Jake was utterly devastated, admitting: ‘I’m empty, mate. I’m shattered.’
He then stormed out, bending over and revealing: ‘I think I am going to be sick’ before gagging and spluttering.
A heartbroken Jake said: ‘One, it breaks my heart, but, two, it just undoes anything else outside of her and I that she’s done in the experiment. It means nothing now. I told her I loved her at the vows.
‘I’m a complete idiot. I’m embarrassed, I don’t even want to talk to her again. I can’t get the sound of the kissing out of my head. It’s in my head.’
