Located in bushland at the end of Cremorne Point, 6km from the CBD, the top floor apartment offers a spectacular panoramic view of city and harbour.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and a large balcony lend an airy, light-filled atmosphere to the apartment interiors, which feature plantation shutters and coffered ceilings.

Other highlights include a fully appointed home-office complete with library, a separate chef’s kitchen and a lovely informal dining area with skylight.

A grand dining room is on offer for more formal entertaining.

Fenande’s son David Unicomb told Realestate.com. the apartment was his mother’s favourite place.
