Malcolm Turnbull to speak for same American agency that once represented Donald Trump

Malcolm Turnbull is set to make more than $100,000 per gig at future public speaking events.

The former Prime Minister joined an international speaker circuit that once represented US President Donald Trump.

The Greater Talent Network has taken on Mr Turnbull to exclusively speak for them at speaking engagements in the US, according to The Daily Telegraph.

The American Talent Agency described Mr Turnbull in an email alert as ‘extremely intelligent, humorous, candid and charismatic’.

Malcolm Turnbull will be paid around $104,000 and have his flights to the US and accommodation paid

‘Having just left office after serving as the 29th Prime Minister of Australia, Malcolm Turnbull possesses a unique and incredibly timely understanding of the current geopolitical moment.’

‘During his tenure, Turnbull was also involved in key policy decisions that have not only altered Australian society but also have international implications for other countries facing similar issues — same-sex marriage, environmental conservation and energy crises, global trade, cyber security, and the ever-worsening refugee crisis.’

The agency will pay Mr Turnbull $104,000 Australian dollars on top of his airfare and accommodation to travel to America for speaking events.

It is understood that if he is already in the States, Mr Turnbull’s fee will drop to around $83,000.
