Man, 25, charged with assaulting a six-week-old boy

  • A 25-year-old man has been charged over the assault of a six-week old baby
  • The baby was hospitalised in Narrogin and taken to Perth with serious injuries
  • An alleged attacker knew the baby has been charged with grievous bodily harm

A 25-year-old man has been charged over the assault of a six-week old baby in the wheatbelt town of Narrogin, Western Australia. 

The baby was hospitalised Narrogin in October last year and transferred to Princess Margaret Hospital in Perth with ‘serious injuries’.    

A man who knew the child has been charged with aggravated grievous bodily harm following a police investigation.

He will appear at the Narrogin Magistrates Court on 27 March 2018.
