A 62-year-old man will spend the night in police cells before appearing in court on Friday – charged with the rape of a 24-year-old man.
Police charged the man, from Oakhurst in Sydney’s west, with four counts of aggravated sexual assault on Thursday following a lengthy investigation.
The alleged assaults occurred between March and April 2017 in an Oakhurst home, according to police.

Police said the 62-year-old man was arrested on Thursday morning when he attended Kings Cross Police Station at 9am.
Shortly after, at 10.30, an address in Oakhurst was searched by police and a number of items were seized.
He was refused bail to appear at the Central Local Court.
