A dog owner has been accused of beating a stray dog to death in broad daylight after it allegedly got into a fight with his own canine.
Two dogs can be seen fighting in an alleyway as a bigger dog with a leash attacks a smaller dog, which appears to be a stray.
A man approaches the animals with a wooden board and hits the stray dog until it stops moving.

The footage was filmed by a dashboard camera as a driver slowly drove into the alleyway.
The driver, a 20-year-old student surnamed Shang, told MailOnline that he witnessed the incident happening in Taiyuan, China’s Shanxi Province, on August 18.
‘I was driving in Xinhualing district and saw two dogs fighting in a residential area near Xiaodongmen street at around 4pm,’ he said.
Mr Shang believed that the man was the owner of the bigger canine
The clip shows clearly the bigger canine bit onto the other dog’s back.
‘He walked away with the dog on a leash, so I think he is the owner of the attacking dog. The other dog seems to be a stray dog,’ he explained.

Mr Shang told MailOnline that he wanted to raise the awareness of animal protection and ask for justice by posting the video online.
The man’s identity is unclear.
Web users commented on his social media account urging for the man to be found.
‘How can a dog owner do this to other canines? Can someone find the cruel man out?’ One user, ‘xingyuxingyuan_33452’, said.

Wendy Higgins, director of International Media at Humane Society International, told MailOnline that dogs and cats in particular often fall victim to abuse in China.
‘This poor dog may well have sustained serious and painful injury, even death, and for that to have happened in broad daylight is indicative of how little regard is given to animals still in many parts of China,’ Higgins said.
However, she said people in China are building a compassion to protect animals as people took the video to expose and challenge animal cruelty. She says it represents a new animal protection voice building in China.
Keith Guo, press officer from PETA Asia told MailOnline that the incident was yet another example of how dogs suffered on the street.
He urged the public to get their animals sterilised and adopt them off the street or from a shelter.
