A man has died at San Francisco Intentional Airport after falling from a mezzanine level to a baggage claim area.
The man is described to be in his late 50s or 60s but has not been identified.
The incident happened in Terminal 3 around 8.45am Monday, spokesman Doug Yakel said.
He died at the scene when he landed in the baggage claim area, Yakel added.
Officials did not say whether the man was a passenger or an airport employee.
