Two more men in their 20s have apparently been stabbed in separate attacks in London.

A young man was attacked in a street fight outside a McDonald’s on Old Kent Road, south-east London, early this morning, after another man suffered knife wounds in Wapping, East London, last night. 

Paramedics were called to the fight near McDonalds at about 5.15am on Sunday where the man in his 20s was stabbed.

He was rushed to hospital where his condition was not thought to be serious, police said.

In Wapping forensic officers were seen gathering evidence at a cordoned-off area in Green Bank, where police were called at 11.15pm on Saturday night. 

A man in his mid twenties was discovered with knife wounds and was taken to the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel, by the London Ambulance Service. 

The stabbing follows more than 60 people being killed across London this year in an escalating wave of violence.

London knife crime rose 20 per cent in 2017 on the previous year with 44 per cent more deaths across the city, police stats showed last week.
