One of Texas’ 10 Most Wanted fugitives suspected in a series of violent home invasions has been arrested near Los Angeles.
Christopher Ricardo Gonzalez, 18, was arrested around 2am in Woodland Hills, California, on Tuesday after an Instagram live video tipped police off to his location.
Dallas police contacted the LAPD after Gonzalez live-streamed a video of a shotgun and other weapons on Instagram.
Dallas officials were able to provide GPS coordinates of the video signal, and undercover LAPD officers located the suspect’s rented black SUV.
The suspect immediately took off and the police chased him until the vehicle crashed into a power pole.
Gonzalez and a second suspect ran out of the SUV and hid but were found and bitten by K-9 units.

Gonzalez, known as ‘Little Chris,’ was named to Texas’ Most Wanted list in August. He is affiliated with a clique of the infamous Bloods gang.
Along with murder allegations, he was allegedly involved with a number of aggravated home invasions in Dallas from October 2016 through February 2017.
A $5,000 reward was offered by Dallas police for his capture.
Investigators say Gonzalez is affiliated with the Bloods street gang and was wanted by Dallas police on suspicion of aggravated robbery and engaging in organized crime.
