A man was arrested on September 27 in Baltimore after the he allegedly fled two attempted car stops and later tried to deceive officers by dressing in a wig and a women’s jumpsuit.
Jamie Bull, 18, has been charged with six gun-related violations.
Bodycam footage from one of the officers shows the events unfolding in front of the home.
The officer then walks up to who is later identified as Bull. He is wearing a messy wig and a purple jumpsuit. He also has a mustache and deep voice.
‘Don’t move,’ the officer says to Bull. ‘What’s going on?’ Bull asks as he is handcuffed.
Officers then search the house for people and firearms before arresting Bull.

Bull’s disguise is unconvincing in part because of his mustache and deep voice, so he is ultimately handcuffed and arrested
According to court records, Bull was near his home in West Baltimore when a patrol officer spotted individuals in a gold Honda Accord ‘talking to several people who are known to police, and who are linked to acts of violence in the Western District.’
When the group noticed the the officer, they dispersed and the Accord drove off.
The officer tried to pull the Accord over ‘with no success,’ police said.
The car’s information was sent out over police radio citywide. Officers in the Southern District attempted to stop the vehicle, also without success.
Eventually, the Accord was ditched in Cherry Hill, and Bull was allegedly seen running from the scene with a rifle in his hand.
Officers determined he was hiding in his home and told everyone in the home to come outside.
The video shows Bull coming out in a wig and a dress ‘in attempts to hide his identity,’ police said, but his disguise was unsuccessful.
Officers found a .22 caliber rifle inside the home. They also searched the Accord, where they found a loaded MAC-11 high-capacity pistol. Both are pictured above
Police spokesman T.J. Smith said that all the charges are misdemeanors and that Bull will be ‘back on the streets soon’. ‘Not a movie set, but played out like one,’ Smith said on Twitter
