Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has surprisingly made no changes to the the squad that were humiliated by Liverpool, for tonight’s Europa League clash with Real Betis.

Changes were expected due to the nature of United’s woeful display in the 7-0 loss to their biggest rivals on Sunday.

However, the Dutchman has given the same starting 11 the chance to redeem themselves at Old Trafford tonight.

United had been on an impressive run of form before the Liverpool defeat, and Ten Hag will be keen to ensure that the result was just a blip, and that they can finish off the season strongly.

The result on Sunday almost certainly ended United’s hopes of winning the title, but they could still add the FA Cup and Europa League to the Carabao Cup they won last month.
