Manchester City forward Lukas Nmecha is close to finalising a loan move to link up with Vincent Kompany at Anderlecht.
The 21-year-old has had loan spells with Middlesbrough, Wolfsburg and Preston North End in recent seasons and Kompany hopes he can lift his struggling Anderlecht side.

However, they believe he can benefit under former City captain Kompany who has come under fire following poor results.
Anderlecht drew their opening game against Mechelen 2-2 after being two goals up and face Sint-Truiden on Sunday.
Kompany had his position restructured following the end of a disappointing first season, after withdrawing from his playing duties and being assisted in a managerial capacity by Frank Vercauteren.
Kompany’s men begin the season with a solitary point on the board. They are looking to build upon last season’s uncharacteristic eighth placed finish.
