Mandy was seen wearing a Pittsburgh Steelers football jersey and jeans while on set.
She kept her caramel tresses loosely curled while accentuating her natural beauty with little make-up.
At one point, the A Walk To Remember star was seen inside the medical vehicle alongside her co-star Sterling K Brown.
Multiple cameras seemed to be shooting the dramatic scene as there was one outside and inside of the ambulance.

This Is Us unfolds across multiple timelines – including decades ago, as Jack and Rebecca raise their children, and the present, when the children are grown.
By the present, Jack has died, and a central mystery of the first season is how.
Mandy’s co-star Milo Ventimiglia revealed on the Today show earlier this week that the emotional impact of the show sometimes gets to the This Is Us cast.
He said: ‘It’s inclusive creative storytelling. All of the producers check in with us actors, just to see how we are feeling and make sure everything is in line with the stories we want to tell.’
Milo added: ‘The long-asked question of what happened to Jack, the specifics of Jack’s death, is going to be coming pretty soon.’

The show’s ‘Big Three’ — a trilogy of episodes focusing on each of her three children- will premiere on Tuesday.
Executive producer Isaac Aptaker told EW recently that all three episodes will take place on the same day in the past, and the same day in the future.
‘It’ll really reward going back into the episodes and seeing these different ways that they connect that you didn’t realize the first time around,’ he said.
‘You’re seeing the same moments from different characters’ perspectives and realizing what you missed.
‘It’s very different from anything that we’ve tried on the show. It’s this really big, complex three hours of interweaving stories that end up in a really exciting place to close out the first half of the season.’
