Manhunt for gunman on the loose near a Seattle airport after shooting four cars

Washington state police are searching for a gunman who terrorized drivers near an airport Wednesday afternoon.

State patrol troopers said a total of four cars were hit with bullets as the drivers traveled along State Route 509 near the Sea-Tacoma International Airport around 1.30pm.

Authorities believe the shooter was on the side of the highway and not in a moving vehicle because of the trajectory of the bullets.

‘I heard a boom and then glass all over my face,’ she told KOMO News.

‘I thought it was a rock until I looked at the passenger side, and then I knew it was a bullet… So I slowed down, and called police.’
