The newly built five-bedroom, four-bathroom architect-designed 696sqm home at 44 Bower St in Manly, in the city’s northern beaches, sold to an undisclosed buyer last Monday.
The home has panoramic views over Manly and Shelly Beach, along with its own heated infinity pool.
While agents Michael Clarke and Cherie Humel of Clarke & Humel have not confirmed the selling price, it was listed by its previous owner Justine Acret at $35million and is understood to have sold for close to that, realestate.com.au reported.
Ms Acret is the wife of Chris Acret who co-founded mortgage broker Smartline.

The sale has smashed the previous house record in Manly by a whopping $10million.
The Bower St property is the second most expensive home in the northern beaches, only sitting behind the $40million Palm Beach mansion bought by waste business owner Ian Malouf in 2022.
The three-level north-facing property was pitched as one of the most luxurious homes ever offered on the northern beaches.

Manly’s previous price record was $25.05m set around a year ago for a home sold by British property mogul Cathal O’Rourke just across the road.
