No. 5 seed Miami upsets fourth-seeded Indiana 85-69 as the Hurricanes make a second straight Sweet 16 appearance

The No. 5 seed Miami Hurricanes pulled away late from the four-seed Indiana Hoosiers – winning 85-69 to reach consecutive Sweet 16’s.

Miami guard Isaiah Wong led the way for the ‘Canes with a 27 point, eight rebound performance on the night.

Indiana forward Trayce Jackson-Davis had a fantastic night – shooting 7-10 from the field for 23 points, eight rebounds, one assist, and five blocks.

At the time of publishing, Miami joins UCLA as the only teams to return to the Sweet 16 from last season’s tournament. (Gonzaga, who made the Sweet 16 in 2022, is currently playing TCU)
