Margot Robbie’s brother makes a very cutting remark about his sister’s hit movie Barbie… amid claims the A-lister is ‘drifting apart’ from her siblings

Margot Robbie’s eldest brother has raised eyebrows after he posted a cutting remark about his famous sister’s hit movie Barbie. 

Lachlan ‘Lockie’ Robbie, who works as a Hollywood stuntman, announced on Instagram Stories last week that he was watching the film for the first time, over two months after Barbie’s box office release. 

Sharing a photo of Barbie playing on his TV screen, Lockie wrote: ‘Finally seeing what the hype is all about… such a good brother [laughing/crying emoji]’. 

The brutal joke comes amid claims Margot has been ‘drifting apart’ from Lockie and her younger brother Cameron, who is an aspiring actor and model. 

Speaking to New Idea magazine, one insider claimed Lockie’s post could be a hint he isn’t as close with his A-list sister as he once was.  

The source also questioned why Margot hasn’t worked with Cameron to help boost his career as an actor. 

‘Something is amiss there, they used to be so close and now he hardly speaks of Margot,’ they said, adding: ‘He knows how busy she has become, but it feels like she’s left him behind.’ 

Cameron is best known for his short stint on Neighbours, playing the role of Jesse Porter from March to October 2021.

Cameron’s role came 10 years after his Oscar-nominated sister left the Neighbours set to pursue her Hollywood dream. 

The siblings were last pictured together in January, when Cameron interviewed Margot on the red carpet at the Australian premiere of her movie Babylon. 

During the chat, Cameron asked his sister if she felt like she was anything like her character Nellie, an aspiring actress.

Margot turned the question on her brother, asking him for his opinion.

‘There’s a scene in the movie, and I’ll tell you Margot and I haven’t lived in the same place for 15 years, and I was watching it and I saw myself,’ Cameron told his sister.

‘The mannerisms’ Margot agreed.

Meanwhile, little is known about Margots relationship with her eldest sister Anya, who works as an accountant and prefers to stay out of the spotlight.
