After a stunning victory over No 3 seed Grigor Dimitrov in the last eight the British No 2 is on the brink of a potential final against defending champion Roger Federer.
And if the 23-year-old secures his place in Sunday’s showpiece, he will overtake Andy Murray to become the new British No 1.
