Mark Wahlberg took to Instagram on Thursday to share a glimpse of his early morning routine with his 31 million followers.
The 53-year-old actor flexed his chiseled chest, ripped abs, and brawny arms while dressed in nothing but dark shorts as he prepared to do a cold plunge.
The father-of-four was recorded walking in a bathroom moments before stepping into a running shower.
‘4am, rain or shine. It’s raining outside; we still gon’ plunge,’ he said to the camera.
He reiterated in his caption, ‘Nothing like a cold plunge in the rain,’ before tagging @thecoldlife @municipal and adding, ‘4 am club.’

It comes after one day earlier Mark shared a family Christmas card as he celebrated the holiday with wife Rhea Durham and their brood.
‘Merry Christmas from my family to yours,’ he wrote in an Instagram post, adding prayer hands and red heart emoji.
The longtime couple posed sitting center while two kids were perched on either side of them.
They share Ella, 21, Michael, 18, Brendan, 16, and Grace, 15 in January.
The horizontal snapshot was bordered by a thick cream frame complete with a drawing of garland featuring a thread of red trim.
Throughout the years, Wahlberg has expressed that is he ‘very passionate’ about being ‘able to provide’ for his family in a way that he ‘never dreamt of.’
‘If my kids want to go to college, they’re going to be able to do all those things,’ he explained to Men’s Health magazine in 2015.
In 2023 Wahlberg and Durham moved with their kids to Las Vegas to give them a ‘a chance to thrive.’
‘It just has the best of both worlds. I know a lot of people, when they think Las Vegas, they think the Strip,’ the filmmaker told Fox News Digital at the time.

The lovebirds tied the knot in 2009, six years after welcoming their firstborn, Ella
‘But just about 15, 20 minutes away, there’s a whole lot of other amazing areas that are all about family and community,’ he explained.
The devoted dad stressed that the relocation was ‘really about giving the kids an opportunity to pursue their goals and dreams.
‘My daughter’s an equestrian,’ he noted. ‘My son’s a golfer. My oldest daughter, now she’s off to college. My son’s a junior.’
Shifting to his business endeavors, he added, ‘There’s lots of opportunity here as well for me. We’re trying to create a studio. We’re trying to build the shoe factory. We want to create lots of jobs here.’
During an appearance on The Talk in fall 2022, the entrepreneur said, ‘I moved to Nevada where, after this gubernatorial election, hopefully it will go to legislation and get a bill passed so we can get a tax credit for the state — build a state-of-the-art studio here and make this Hollywood 2.0.’
