Mark Wahlberg showcases chiseled chest and works out at the London branch of his F45 gym

Two-time Oscar nominee Mark Wahlberg showcased his bulging biceps, chiseled chest, and six-pack abs following his ‘first workout of the day’ in London on Sunday.

The Dorchester-born 50-year-old – who boasts 46.4M social media followers – encouraged his fans to ‘get prayed up’ by downloading the Hallow app.

Mark recently partnered with the Chicago-based Catholic prayer and meditation app – which was co-founded by Alessandro DiSanto, Alex Jones, and Erich Kerekes in 2018.

‘Gotta stay strong [and] fight the fight,’ Wahlberg noted.

The Uncharted action star then headed to the London/Paddington location of his gym F45 Training to do his second workout of the day.

Mark seemed to focus mostly on his arms, lifting large dumbbells while laying on a blue cushion.

Wahlberg also performed push-ups by using his arms to ‘walk’ back and forth over a blue cushion.

It’s been a year since the eight-time Emmy nominee packed on 30lbs in six weeks by eating eight meals a day (7K calories) for his self-financed movie Father Stu.

Mark produced and starred as the late boxer-turned-priest Stuart Long in Rosalind Ross’ feature directorial debut, which finally hits UK theaters on May 13.

Mel Gibson, Jacki Weaver, Malcolm McDowell, and Teresa Ruiz also star in Father Stu – which has earned $13.9M at the global box office.

The transformational biopic currently holds a dismal 44% critic approval rating (out of 81 reviews), but a 95% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Wahlberg has been hard at work producing and starring as the ‘blue collar James Bond’ opposite Oscar winner Halle Berry in Julian Farino’s action thriller Our Man from Jersey.  

Production is reportedly expected to run through August 14 on the movie penned by David Guggenheim, and it will eventually stream on Netflix.

On the personal front, the Infinite producer-star has four children – daughter Ella, 18; son Michael, 16; son Brendan, 13; and daughter Grace, 12 – from his 12-year marriage to former VS catwalker Rhea Durham.
