Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan show off their lavish Christmas decorations in £3.5M Essex home

Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan have shared another glimpse of their dream home adorned in Christmas decorations as the pair get the new mega pad ready for festivities.

The former TOWIE star, 35, and the Our Girl actress, also 35, really went all out for their first Christmas in the £3.5million Essex mansion, with a giant tree covered in glowing fairy lights.

In a clip shared to his 1.8million Instagram followers, Mark also showed the decadent entrance area, and the glamorous staircase covered in matching baubles to the tree.

The TV personality thanked Elements Home Garden for installing the beautiful displays for the couple who created the Christmas display.

At their large black front doors, they put an archway of greenery, lights and giant baubles, making it look like the entrance to a winter wonderland.

As the doors open, their lobby area has the tree as the centre piece –  as its height reaches the top of the staircase.

Underneath there were plenty of silver gift decorations to fill the space as they head out Christmas shopping for the real presents.

Up the staircase was a trail of fairy lights, more gold, silver and green decorations to match the tree.

The big Christmassy display reveal comes after Mark documented the ‘nerve-wracking moment his luxury bathroom was fitted.

Mark showcased the final touches being installed by a glass specialist, who brought huge panes to fit in their ‘sauna shower and steam room’.

He wrote alongside the video: ‘Back when they turned up with glass for the sauna, shower and steam room. One of the most nerve racking jobs to date’.

The reality star followed the men carrying the panes of glass up the stairs and into the luxurious en suite in the clip, he said: ‘We’ve worked out every which way and what to get these up the stairs safely.

‘Now, we’ve got the scaffolding in here, it’s the mission of the job – and the first is just getting it through the door.’

Mark shared the finished product and wrote: ‘Steam room, and we did it! Shower screen, sauna and steam, all glass and fitted perfectly’.

In October Mark confirmed that he Michelle had finally moved into their new Essex home, three years after purchasing the mega-pad.

And christening the new base, the pair ordered their first takeaway in the home on Saturday evening – tucking into a range of pizzas.

Taking to Instagram, the TV personality, documented the moment as he filmed the mouth-watering selection of food, writing to his 1.8M followers : ‘Someone said cheat day?’

Posting to his Stories as the food arrived from Slice Sourdough Pizza in Essex, the former TOWIE star filmed the delivery driver at the door.

Explaining: ‘Look at this, the first pizza delivered to the new house. Jimbo, Jamesy from Slice. Wait till you see these pizzas, let’s go.’

And getting ready to tuck into the impressive spread, Mark laid out the five pizzas on his marble countertop to show fans.

Mark and Michelle, who are estimated to have a net worth of £12million, have been documenting the construction process after purchasing the original property for £1.3million in October 2019.

Construction experts have estimated the demolition and rebuild of the home will cost around £3.5million.
