Mark Wright has given his Instagram followers a glimpse into the impressive progress being made on his and Michelle Keegan’s ‘£3.5million’ mansion.
The television personality, 34, used his wrightyhome account on Wednesday to document both the exterior and interior work that was being undertaken on the five-bed Essex pad.
Panning the camera around the vast landscape, Mark was joined by brother-in-law William Lee-Kemp as he informed his 300,000 followers of the latest updates.

‘It’s a busy day onsite today, brother-in-law William’s come to have a butcher’s! He’s famous now isn’t he!’ the former TOWIE star teased, following ITVBe’s special Jess Wright: The Wedding, which aired on Tuesday.
As the workmen were kept busy in the front garden, Mark explained they were building a sleeper wall to have plants put up against.
‘The landscape is fully in flow now!’ he added excitedly.

The Heart FM host gave fans an extra treat by documenting work being completed on the master suite, which he dubbed ‘one of his favourite rooms in the whole house.’
‘Sometimes you have to wait a long time for the best!’ Mark joked to the men who were laying a ditra mat.
Mark said the tiling specialists were preparing for the suite’s steam room and sauna.

‘So when I’m getting ready for a Saturday night, I’ll be getting a sweat on, waiting for Michelle to get ready most probably!’ he laughed.
Mark and Michelle, who are estimated to have a net worth of £12million, have been documenting the construction process after purchasing the original property for £1.3million in October 2019.
And despite months of delays due to the Covid pandemic, their five-bedroom mansion is beginning to resemble their architectural model, after builders put in the windows late in August.

Due to various lockdowns and Covid restrictions, construction has been stop- start after they demolished a farmhouse and began building a five-bedroom mansion complete with bar, gym, granny annexe and outdoor swimming pool.
The couple won planning approval for the colossal building project back in January 2020 – and it looks like it’ll be over two years after that date until they can move in.
Construction experts have estimated the demolition and rebuild of the home will cost around £3.5million.
