Mark Wright showcased his toned abs as he exercised while taking a break from refurbishing his flat in Mallorca on Wednesday afternoon.
The former TOWIE star, 36, went shirtless and opted for grey running trainers as he jogged in Palma.
After his run, Mark opted to wind down with a cooling dip in the sea at the sun-soaked destination.
The star, who has been married to actress Michelle Keegan since 2015, sported black swimming shorts.
Mark, who likes to keep in shape because he likes the feeling of being fit and healthy, looked in good spirits despite the current chaos at his flat in Spain.
Looking good: Mark Wright showcased his toned abs on Wednesday as he went on a run on a break from refurbishing his flat in Mallorca after suffering a ‘building nightmare’
Mark travelled 30 hours to Mallorca to refurbish his flat in just three weeks along with a team of builders.
Speaking on Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden from Mallorca earlier this month, Mark detailed the disastrous scenario he had found himself in.
He explained that he bought the flat a year ago before leaving it in the hands of some builders he didn’t know, but said they tried to ‘cut corners’ and created ‘problems’.
Mark, who does work in property development, said he wasn’t happy with the look of the flat so decided to travel there with a team of builders to do the work himself.
He told hosts Jamie and Amanda: ‘I bought an apartment just over a year ago, and left it in the hands of some builders that I didn’t know, it wasn’t that I wasn’t happy with the look.
‘There was just lots of problems that were created, they tried to cut corners. So then I spoke to another company and the price wasn’t matching up with what I had in mind, and I just thought, DIY, got to sort it myself.’
Speaking about the long journey, he said at the time: ‘I left two days ago. It’s a long old drive. What makes it longer is the fact that it’s an island.
‘If it was just Barcelona it would be fine, you have to get the ferry which is seven hours, but it ends up being 10 because we’ve been sat here for an hour docked not getting off.’
Ripped: After his run, Mark opted to wind down with a cooling dip in the sea at the sun-soaked destination
Mark then revealed that he had just under three weeks to completely strip down the existing ‘bad’ work and refurbish the flat, which is situated in a hotel.
He said: ‘Not even finish it off, strip what they’ve done, because it’s like just bad, and do it myself. At the moment it’s me Jonny Boy and some of his men, and they have to fly out one or two of his men in the week.’
‘Literally just over two and a half weeks and it’s probably, this is not an exaggeration, it’s probably in realistic terms, if you have full hands on deck, a six week job,’ he added.
Jamie asked Mark what his wife Michelle had been doing to help out with the ‘disaster’, to which the footballer joked that she just text him asking if he has arrived yet.
He added: ‘And ‘Get my apartment ready for the summer’ basically.’
Amanda, who recently renovated a Sicilian villa with Alan Carr for a TV show, also joked: ‘Oh see if you need me or Alan Carr to come and give you a hand Mark, we’re your men.’
To which Mark replied: ‘Do you know what Amanda, I’ve been documenting it on Instagram and nearly every one of my inbox messages is someone saying you should speak to Alan Carr and Amanda Holden! They know what to do.’
Mark has been detailing the ordeal on his Instagram page and also shared a video during the drive to give fans an update on the ‘nightmare’ situation.
In the clip, he explained that the apartment lies in a hotel, meaning they have to ‘rightly so’ stop building work when it opens to guests because of noise.

Hard at work: The presenter and a team of builders (pictured) drove for two days and caught a ferry to desperately travel to his holiday flat on the Spanish island earlier this month
Speaking about the time constraints, he said earlier this month: ‘Not me, typical left it to the last minute looking at other options so I didn’t have to go over there, not managed to do it.
‘So three weeks before they open, I’m not in a van with Jonny boy… we are driving to Mallorca.’
He admitted they had a challenge ahead as the flat currently looks like a ‘bomb’ has hit it with tiles ‘falling off the wall’, saying they both have to fix what is broken and do a ‘full refurbishment’.
In an accompanying caption, he added: ‘Follow my stories to watch this journey unfold!!
’30 hour drive to Mallorca, and 2.5 weeks to completely refurb an apartment, that was left to be done last year and turned in to building nightmares. As they say, if you want it done Wright, then DIY!’
