Mark Zuckerberg’s sister has written a scathing letter of complaint to Alaska Airlines claiming she was sexually harassed on one of their flights and that their crew allowed it.

The incident happened in the first class section of passenger jet during the three-hour flight, and after raising her concerns with airline crew, she said staff were aware of the man’s demeanor.
The furious 35-year-old penned a detailed letter to the company’s CEO Brad Tilden and his vice presidents after alighting in Mexico.
In it, she said she ‘was put in an extremely uncomfortable situation on a flight’ when the passenger next to her in first class began making what Ms Zuckerberg described as ‘explicit, lewd and highly offensive sexual comments’.
The comments started almost immediately after boarding with another woman, she said.
‘He started talking to me about touching himself, kept asking me if I fantasized about the female business partner I was traveling with, rated and commented on the woman’s bodies boarding the aircraft as they walked by us, and many more equally horrifying and offensive comments,’ Ms Zuckerberg added.
She claims when the issue was brought to the flight crew’s attention, their response was that the man was a frequent flier and that they have had to talk to him about his behavior in the past.
It is said staff walked by his seat and giggled with the accused man asking him if he was ‘behaving today’.
As a resolution, Ms Zuckerberg – who herself is a best-selling author, founder of Zuckerberg Media, and editor-in-chief of Dot Complicated -was offered the opportunity to move to the back of the plane because she was feeling ‘extremely uncomfortable’.
She said: ‘I almost did until I realized… why should I have to move? I am the one that is being harassed.’

They stayed in their seats and Ms Zuckerberg wrote about how she saw the man knock back multiple alcoholic beverages and at one point had three drinks on his tray table at the same time.
The comments kept coming, according to the Facebook founder’s sister, and she added: ‘Ironically, one of those comments he made was about all the recent sexual harassment cases in the media and how “these millennial women just aren’t willing to give some booty to get a job any more.
She concluded her letter by saying she was furious at herself for not making more of a scene and said: ‘But I am even more furious with Alaska Airlines for knowingly and willingly providing this man with a platform to harass women.
‘For knowing about this behavior and being more concerned with taking his money than for the safety and security of the other passengers around him.’

The airline later responded to Ms Zuckerberg (pictured) on Twitter, saying: ‘What you have shared with us is very disturbing. ‘We have launched an investigation and have revoked this passenger’s travel privileges pending the outcome of that investigation’
