Married At First Sight 2023: Channel Nine drops explosive new trailer

Get ready for an explosion of drama as the new season of Married At First Sight approaches.

On Saturday, a newly-released trailer offered a first look at one of the weddings ahead of the show’s January 30 return.

In the new clip, a brunette, who has been identified as upcoming Bachelor star Jessica Tomlinson, confronts bride Bronte Schofield with dirt on her groom on her wedding day.

‘I need to tell you something,’ she tells her, to which a shocked Bronte replies: ‘You’re lying!’

‘I have a picture on my phone… That’s him,’ she adds, leaving Bronte speechless. 

Viewers are then treated to a glimpse of hunky groom Duncan James waiting at the aisle for his bride.

We then see flashes of brides Lyndall Grace, Janelle Han and Sandy Jawanda on their wedding days. 

Earlier this week, Daily Mail Australia revealed that Jessica decided to pull Bronte aside to let her know that her she recognised her groom and that he shouldn’t be trusted.

‘Jessica couldn’t believe it when she realised it was the guy her co-star was hooking up with and felt it was right to confront Bronte about it on her wedding day,’ the insider explained.

In 2023, prepare to fall in love with an incredibly passionate and heartfelt new group of participants entering the experiment.

And of course, it wouldn’t be MAFS without more bombshells and relationship dramas, explosive dinner parties, mind-blowing secrets and commitment ceremonies that will even shock the experts.

As for the brides and grooms, the new season will star glamorous business woman Melinda Willis, hunky CEO Layton Mills, marketing guru Dan Hunjas, and hairdresser Mel Sheppard.

Public relations manager Tahnee Cook, down-to-Voice over artist Ollie Skelton , tradie Cam Woods, makeup artist Caitlin McConville and baker Alyssa Barmonde will also appear.

Construction worker Harrison Boon, who also works as a part-time male stripper will meanwhile bring in the drama as will Brisbane-based Estate manager Adam Seed.
