Lucinda Light is the first bride confirmed to appear on Married At First Sight in 2024.
The 42-year-old Byron Bay based wedding celebrant appears carefree as she makes her debut in the first teaser for the much anticipated Channel Nine dating show.
The clip begins with Lucinda telling producers that she is looking for a ‘big burly character’.
‘I want somebody who is quite intelligent,’ she says in her audition clip.
‘I do not want a bogan. If it’s the right person it would have to be so on point that we would be making love with existence.’

Daily Mail Australia exclusively revealed that Lucinda would be appearing on the dating show back in July.
She will be paired with Melbourne real estate agent Timothy Smith.
With a theatrical arts training background and expertise as a storyteller, Lucinda is a natural born front woman.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal that the newlyweds will be a stand out couple, with Tim set to bring in the drama during the show’s dinner parties.
On set sources have let slip that their relationship as ‘very hot and cold’, but the pair are still riding through the experiment as the couples mark more than half way into production.
Joining Lucinda on the show will be Perth-based marketing guru Lauren Dunn, Sara Messa, Andrea Thompson, Tori Adams and Natalie Parham.
