Married At First Sight’s Aleks Markovic defied producers with an Instagram video rant against the shocking backlash she’s receiving from viewers on Wednesday night.
The 26-year-old said ‘f**k you’ to ‘haters’ before admitting that mentally she has been unable to watch this week’s episodes as she splits from Ivan Sarakula on-screen.
Her outspoken post was deleted within minutes, presumably from Channel Nine’s social media team, who control the contestants’ accounts while the show airs.

In her video, Aleks said: ‘Hi guys, I know this is going to get taken down super quick, but for any of you that do see it, who have been sending me supportive messages, I really appreciate it. It’s the reason I smile.
‘I haven’t seen tonight’s or yesterday’s episodes, mentally I can’t deal with it. For the trolls, haters and people that think they can give me nasty messages and death threats, a big f**k you. You need help and you need to sort that out quick.
‘It’s not okay to bully, put someone down or make someone feel like s**t when you’ve never met that person in your entire life. Peace and love to anyone who has sent me supportive messages. I appreciate you all seeing the real truth – and that’s me.’

Their relationship became a talking point after Michael Goonan and Josh Pihlak claimed Aleks had told them she’d slept with Ivan, which she denied.
Aleks later accused Ivan of briefing Josh and Michael about what to say beforehand – which he also denied – and told him she could no longer trust him.
‘I, by no means, staged for any of that s**t to come out,’ Ivan said, insisting he had not encouraged the dinner table discussion about their sex life.
Michael also dropped another bombshell by claiming he’d seen Aleks with another man in the lobby of their apartment building, which she strongly denied.
She has since been inundated with nasty messages on social media.

Aleks isn’t the only Married At First Sight star to breach their contracts and the show’s strict social media policy to speak out this week.
On Wednesday, Stacey Hampton said that while she’s happy to handle harassment, she won’t stand for trolls bullying her family members or the rest of the cast.
‘We are humans, we were there to entertain you, don’t forget it, alright? I can deal with it. I don’t care. But I’ve got two kids too,’ vented Stacey.
‘If you’re slagging off on me, I love it, I don’t care, call me gold digger, I’ll laugh. I love Gold Digger by Kanye West and that’s gonna be my ringtone. Don’t care,’ she said.
‘But, when you bring other people into it, kids. Juvenile kids. Innocent people, parties who did not sign the contract, that’s disgusting.’

Similarly, Josh Pihlak shared a lengthy video to Instagram on Monday night in which he confirmed his split from Cathy Evans and raged against producers.
Josh claimed that Monday night’s episode had been selectively edited to make him and his mother, Mandy Manning, look like villains.
After confirming his ‘unfortunate’ split from Cathy, which is yet to air on TV, he said: ‘I knew going into this that it’d be highly edited, but watching [Monday’s episode], what transpired and what actually happened was an absolute joke.
‘The reason I’m speaking up is because it absolutely takes a toll when your mum, yourself and even your little brother are receiving death threats. It isn’t cool.
‘I’ve always put my hand up when I’ve done something wrong. I wasn’t perfect in the experiment, no. But what transpired at that lunch is an absolute crock of s**t.’
