Married At First Sight Australia season 11 kicked off with a bang on Monday night when one bride walked out on her groom during their honeymoon in Fiji.
Despite a tense wedding ceremony and reception, Tim Calwell and Sara Mesa seemed to hit it off before arriving on the tropical island.
But their chemistry began to unravel when they sat down for a drink together and the 29-year-old nutritionist began to complain about the quality of the tequila.
After attempting and failing to help Sara enjoy her night, 31-year-old Tim kicked the conflict off when he made a very awkward comment.
He murmured, ‘You need to… erm…’ but cut himself off before he could tell his new ‘wife’ to ‘relax’.

Unfortunately, Sara refused to let his slip of the tongue go and demanded he say what he wanted to say.
‘Nothing. You don’t need to do anything,’ he said, to which Sara responded: ‘Just say it.’
Finally, he caved and said: ‘Fleeting moment. It passed… I was gonna say you need to relax.’
Tim and Sara (left) seemed to hit it off, but their chemistry began to unravel when he told her she needed to ‘relax’ when she began complaining about the quality of the tequila
This set a fire under Sara who immediately began ranting at Tim for daring to suggest she calm down.
‘Have you ever dealt with women before? To tell me to relax when I’m very clearly not freaking out? You know that would piss me off!’ she snapped at him.
‘I just wish you didn’t say that. I’m in such a mood now. I think everyone can agree that when you tell a woman to relax…’

‘I didn’t tell you to relax,’ Tim interjected. ‘I bit my tongue.’
After some more heated back and forth, Sara finally threw in the towel and decided to leave so she could cool off.
The tense moment came after their car crash of a wedding ceremony featured one of the most shocking moment’s in the show’s history.
Channel Nine aired sexually explicit material, allowing Tim’s best man Ben to recite a speech filled with X-rated comments about the groom’s dating history.
