A former Married At First Sight bride has shared her very relatable kitchen disaster.

Natasha Spencer revealed the nightmare in a photo shared to her Instagram Stories on Thursday.

The picture showed Natasha’s destroyed kitchen benchtop after her blender exploded while trying to make a smoothie.

Last month Natasha issued a dire warning for future contestants of Married at First Sight.

The former bride revealed she still battles anxiety from her time on the series and was taken to hospital last year amid concerns she would self-harm.

She told The Daily Telegraph’s Confidential that Channel Nine needs to take complaints ‘seriously’ and make mental health a bigger priority.

Married At First Sight is being investigated by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) after receiving a high volume of viewer complaints amid claims of mental abuse, gaslighting and domestic conflict during this year’s season.

The influencer has been on the receiving end of trolling from social media users since debuting on last year’s season, resulting in her ongoing battle with anxiety.  

After being rushed to hospital last year, Natasha cut out alcohol and sees a psychologist.  

‘I still have episodes of anxiety but I’m doing pretty damn good. I’m working with a psychologist and I probably will for the rest of my life,’ she confessed.
